We are a small team, but we are fiercely committed to the quality of our products and our customer service.
If you should need to return or exchange an item, please contact us by phone or email so we can work out a plan. If it is a defective item or we sent the wrong item, shipping costs will be covered by us. If an item was ordered incorrectly, we will not be able to take responsibility for shipping expenses. We will do everything within reason to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
